We began our core business of designing and building regenerative air preheaters in Wellsville, New York, in 1923. Today, as the lead center for air preheater technology throughout the global ALSTOM organization, our products and services are second to none. As the worlds most experienced company in our field, our current equipment designs incorporate performance and operation features developed from the experience gained in manufacturing, erecting, commissioning and maintaining over 14,000 air preheaters. These features, including new heat transfer surfaces and cleaning and sealing arrangements, are available to upgrade existing Ljungström® Air Preheaters.
