These shops offer a number of machines and processes that provide unique manufacturing capabilities for a wide range of products and services. The core products manufactured at the 350,000 square-foot Wellsville facility include Ljungström® air preheaters, pulverizers for both industrial and utility markets, thermal oxidizers and the aftermarket parts and components to support these product lines. Covering 25 acres, the 133,00 square-foot Concordia facility houses the resources and equipment for projects involving a range of materials and weldments. These consist of rotary thermal processing equipment, incineration equipment, pulverizing equipment, burner and fuel piping components, windboxes and sofa registers for boilers, gypsum wallboard production machinery, conveying and bulk handling equipment, and pulverizer rebuilds. Facility Certification Both facilities are certified to AWS.D1.1 and ASME Section I and Section VIII. The Concordia shop is also certified to ASME Section IV - Heating Boilers ("H" Stamp). The Wellsville facility is certified to ISO 9001 for its quality system and is an OHSHA VPP STAR site for its safety program.
