Wellsville, New York Testing Facility At our laboratory in Wellsville, New York, state-of-the-art data acquisition instrumentation is available for in-house and customer testing.   We have several full-sized products in the laboratory that serve as test beds for new designs.  The Wellsville facility features a size 17.5 horizontal shaft Ljungstrom® air preheater, as well as a several sizes regenerative thermal oxidizer units.  Emphasis is on heat transfer with several wind tunnels for regenerative and recuperative development. Other technologies include material testing and development, CFD modeling, cleaning equipment development and specialized testing equipment for field performance evaluation.

Naperville, Illinois Testing Facility Our twenty-five thousand square foot laboratory is used exclusively to test and demonstrate the capabilities of Raymond® and Bartlett-Snow™ equipment under simulated production conditions. This facility houses a wide range of full-scale processing equipment capable of grinding, classifying or thermally processing virtually any mineral, chemical, food or other material. Equipment is also available to perform pre- and post-processing chemical and physical analyses.
