After any piece of equipment is installed and operating, the most frequently accessed component is the controls and user interface.  The Air Preheater company recognizes this, and takes great care to give the attention to detail that this very important facet of design deserves.  This is why every control panel is designed and built by Air Preheater Company personnel without having to rely on third-party support.  Furthermore, each panel is pre-loaded with the control software and tested before shipment. The performance of the TechNO-VOC™ oxidizer is controlled through PLC logic. As a standard, the user interface is an easy to use touch-panel that is customized by our personnel to fit your overall control strategies. In addition to its user-friendly interface, each panel has the capability of remote access. This allows you to monitor your oxidizer from any modem-capable location, and allows us to troubleshoot the equipment without the delay and expense of a service visit. As a optional upgrade, many customers prefer to have the capability of more sophisticated remote access.  This is easily accomplished by replacing the standard "Panelview" touch-screen with an actual computer that is pre-configured with special software that features secure, password-protected access to the control panel from any modem-capable PC.  With this option, the owner of the TechNO-VOC™ Oxidizer can log into the panel and be able to control the unit as if he were sitting at it.  There is even an integrated chat window so that those in front of the panel can converse with the person dialed in. › Locate a Salesperson
